Fees: Customary honorarium $2000/day
Plus all travel costs and single room accommodations
Deposit: Half the honorarium due six months before the event
Cancellation Policy: Deposit fully refunded three months before event
Payment: Balance of honorarium due at the time of event
Ticket reimbursement due at time of ticket purchase
Travel reimbursement due within 21 days of event
